Pueblo CRM is a CRM for independent professionals on macOS and iOS. It tracks clients, contacts, leads, lightweight engagements, journal entries, checklists, and scheduled follow-ups.

Data Collection

Pueblo CRM does not require an account or login.

Pueblo CRM does not operate its own servers for your CRM records.

Pueblo CRM does not sell your data.

Sync and Storage

Your records sync through your private CloudKit database, keeping data consistent across the Mac and iPhone signed into the same Apple ID.

Records are cached on-device for responsive use, including offline. CloudKit sync catches up when your connection returns.

Your trial start is stored in your private CloudKit database so one trial applies across your devices and survives reinstalling.

Trial and Purchase

Pueblo CRM is free to download with a 30-day trial. One in-app purchase unlocks editing permanently.

When the trial ends, your records remain available to read and export.

Export

You can export clients, contacts, and leads to CSV at any time, including after the trial ends.

Analytics and Tracking

Pueblo CRM does not use third-party advertising trackers.

Pueblo CRM does not track you across apps or websites.

Third-Party Services

Pueblo CRM may rely on Apple services required for app distribution, in-app purchase, and CloudKit sync.

Your Choices

You can stop using Pueblo CRM at any time and remove it from your devices.

Your exported CSV files remain yours to keep, move, or delete.

Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated over time. When updated, the date at the top of this page will be revised.
