Within Reason Support
Within Reason gives you one page for each day. Headings and unchecked items carry into the next created day. Other writing, completed items, and attachments stay on their original date.

Writing and History
Write and format text in Editor view. Use the day controls to move through stored dates or return to Today. History is read-only; switch back to Editor to edit the selected day. Editing an older page does not rebuild later pages.
iCloud
Sync uses iCloud Drive when available. Check that your devices use the same Apple Account and have iCloud Drive enabled. If iCloud is unavailable at launch, the app uses local storage. Local entries are not automatically moved into iCloud when its availability changes. Do not delete the app or its data to troubleshoot sync; export important writing and contact support first.
Attachments and export
Use Attach File or supported paste/drop actions to add files to an editable page. Attachments stay with their day. Export Day saves the selected day's writing as Markdown. Opening or sharing an attachment gives the selected app a copy.
